Payment Methods

If items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country, the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

You can pay via PayPal or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please contact me to receive the payment details. All prices shown on the website include taxes for sales within Italy.

Shipping

Shipping costs are included in the price for orders over 80 euros. For orders under this amount, the shipping fee is 10 euros for Italy or 15 euros for international shipping. Express delivery via DHL or UPS courier is available at a cost of 26 euros.

Since each item is handcrafted to your specific measurements, please allow approximately one week for completion. As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped via our International Express Courier. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

Returns and Exchanges

Once the order is received, processing begins immediately, therefore the order cannot be cancelled. Any changes regarding size or model must be communicated within 24 hours of purchase to carlolenadesigns@gmail.com. Any changes requested after the 24-hour window may incur additional costs.

Since all watch straps are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you realize you have ordered the wrong size, please contact me. I will be happy to provide support and information on how to proceed with any necessary adjustments or modifications.
